When you set aside specific times for specific tasks, you avoid the constant "task-switching" that can waste hours. 

2. Use Templates to Save Time on Design
We've learned the hard way that creating everything from scratch can take up way more time than it needs to. Using TPT product templates for preview, descriptions, thumbnails and more has allowed us to speed up the design process without sacrificing quality. 

3. Working Ahead - Plan for the Future
If you want to avoid last-minute stress, try working a couple of weeks ahead. Even if its just a few seasonal resources or blog posts, this extra planning can make a huge difference and give you time to focus on other aspects of your business.
