Ever gotten a review that says something like:
"My students love this! Super engaging & exactly what I needed. Will definitely use it again next year!"
...but then it's 4 stars (or even 3...)?
It actually happens all the time. And while the comment is great, that lower rating still affects your store's overall average, and how you feel about the value your product brings to TPT.
